How To Prepare a SMART Fitness Goal for Women?

For example, if you start walking 10,000 steps a day as a beginner, at the intermediate level, you can increase it with a more intense workout, and when you are at the advanced level, try to complete a half-marathon. With a structured training plan, you will surely achieve your desired goals.
