Marcus Debaise suggests ways to take care of your kid’s health, during the COVID-19 Pandemic phase

The pandemic outbreak is the worst reality for 2020. Not only did it kill people’s hopes and ambitions regarding their life and business, but it also took endless lives. The COVID-19 pandemic virus is such that it spreads through contagion. And according to the World Health Organization, there are new updates frequently on the safety protocols and how it can get transmitted. There are debates about whether the virus is airborne or not and the age groups that it is likely to attack more. However, amidst all these facts and discussions, you must take care of your kid’s health.

Kids can have a strong or weak immune system depending on their age and body condition. For instance, kids with insulin resistance can be at risk more than other kids from an early age. Hence, Marcus Debaise says that parents must take good care of their kids’ health. Some of the useful guidelines to follow are:

Avert crowded spaces

Most schools and colleges are currently closed. Kids have their classes online. But even then, parents should take adequate care to ensure that their kids don’t walk into a crowded space. If there is a need to move outside the house, it is essential to use a car or proceed with complete caution. Kids should be wearing masks, gloves, and should also get sanitized the moment they return home.

Immunity boosters

A robust immune system is the only saving grace for this virus. Parents must check whether their kids are getting the correct nutrient intake to strengthen their immune system. Adequate hydration and consumption of fruits and vegetables are essential for boosting the immune system. It is also necessary for parents to use the required health supplement for kids as well.

Daily exercise

Daily exercise is essential for kids. Your child might be staying at home and not venturing outside. But if he or she doesn’t have any physical activity, they might fall ill. It is essential to get them running or spot jogging and other light exercises for about 20 minutes throughout the day. That would provide them with the much-required physical agility and fitness, which will boost their immune system and mood.

Get telemedicine when required

Visiting the clinic might seem challenging currently. It could be that the child specialist isn’t arriving at the clinic or that the clinic is in a contentment zone. Telemedicine is an excellent way to get the necessary medical attention for your kids. It is essential to observe your kid’s health and inform the doctor about anything abnormal that might strike you. It could be a minor flu or indigestion, but it is essential to get a medical opinion and medicine if there is a need.

Kids are vulnerable to the virus, similar to adults and senior citizens. You must take proactive measures to ensure that they stay protected and have stable health.
