My Dream Place

My Dream Place

I was in my room sitting on my bed reading a book. Suddenly I thought of how would it be if I am in my dream place. In the blink of an eye, I was in my dream place called ‘The Laune Kingdom’.

I went there alone. The Laune Kingdom was an amazing place. There were so many different adventures and challenging rides.

The first ride that I went on was the “Mountain on the Slide”. It was the fastest roller coaster ever! You would be amazed how fast the ride could be. The roller coaster went 360 degrees and I was upside down on the roller coaster for a few seconds before it came down. I shouted and screamed till I nearly lost my voice. The ride was a really exciting! But I dare not ride it for a second time.

Next, I went on another ride called Magnolia Tree house. It was a 5D movie. I saw mascots all around me but they were not real. There was Magnolia ice cream everywhere on the tree house. I wanted to snatch the ice cream to eat but, there were all fake as I was watching a 5D movie. It was an amazing experience and I enjoyed myself very much.

After the 5D movie, I stopped at a food avenue. There was so much delicious food that one will have to resist eating a little bit of everything. The best part was, all the food was free! I went to every stall to have a bite of all the food. It was the most delicious lunch that I ever had.

After all the delicious food, I continued my adventure rides. I went on the water canopy cruise. The cruise took me along the river. I saw crocodiles resting on the riverbanks. These crocodiles were harmless as they were well trained by their trainers.

The cruise landed on the other side of the park. I was curious why everyone was sitting along the pathway. Oh! It must be the parade! I found a spot and stood there patiently waiting for the parade to start.

Suddenly, there was a loud explosion. Boom! Boom! Boom! Fireworks! Fireworks filled up the sky. Then, mascots started dancing along the pathway. They were dancers and singers performing alongside them. That was the best parade I had ever seen in my whole life!

Later, I stopped at a place called “Weird Valley”. I was curious about it. I saw a tiny door and I opened it. I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was a shop full of amazing toys, gifts, games, candies, chocolates and so much more. I bought souvenirs for my friends, neighbours, teachers and family. I bought a backyard roller coaster for myself. I was as happy as lark when I found the secret gift shop.

Suddenly, I felt a pat on my shoulder. I heard someone calling my name, “Hayley! Hayley!”

I opened my eyes and found myself on my bed wearing my pyjamas. My mum was next to me. Then, I realised that it was just a dream. If I have a chance, I want to build my own amusement park just like “Laune Kingdom”. How I wish my dream will come true one day.
